It doesn't matter if you know your way around the kitchen, can't tell a saucepan from a frying pan, or just want a fun night out - we have a class for you!

Each class is taught by one of our professional, local chefs in our cooking space - the Marketplace. Classes are small, with only 20 students or less, and feature  demostration style along with tips and tricks from the professional chef. After the class, the students  sit down to enjoy the evening's creations.

*Please let us know if you have any allergies, classes are not recommended for a vegetarian diet unless otherwise stated. This is not a nut-free environment.*

Vietnamese Soups: Pho and Bun Bo Hue - Apr. 4, 6:30-8:30 p.m. *FULL*

Pho (and the lesser known but equally delicious Bun Bo Hue) are both the umami meal of your dreams. Chef Thompson Tran will lead the class in creating these soups from scratch, focusing on the components of a traditional broth as well as the noodles.

Herb Gardening 101: Guided by Yearn to Urn - May 9, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #23455, Fee $55**

Everything you need to know to create edible planters that can last well beyond one season. Together we’ll create your 10” potted planter that can easily transition from indoor to out. Pair those herbs with local cheese and wine, as you sample a variety of South Coast wines and Ontario cheeses while you pot, as introduced by Buzz Tour Co.

Moms & Daughters Creations with Rescued Relics - May 11, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Register Activity #20018, Fee $55**

Rescued Relics collect and "rescue" beautiful rustic pieces of wood from various locations and help you turn them into art. This Mother's Day you and your mom can make a one-of-a-kind handmade creation, perfect for decorating any space with. Simply Fine Wines will be onsite to provide a wine tasting. Please register a space for each person attending!
