It doesn't matter if you know your way around the kitchen, can't tell a saucepan from a frying pan, or just want a fun night out - we have a class for you!

Each class is taught by one of our professional, local chefs in our cooking space - the Marketplace. Classes are small, with only 20 students or less, and feature  demostration style along with tips and tricks from the professional chef. After the class, the students  sit down to enjoy the evening's creations.

*Please let us know if you have any allergies, classes are not recommended for a vegetarian diet unless otherwise stated. This is not a nut-free environment.*

Cost: $49*, includes a recipe and food prepared during class.

Please Note: All cooking classes may be two or two and a half hours depending on circumstances. Extended length may be due to food preparation time.

Taste of Italy - Tuesday, June 12, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #23465 *FULL*

The essential comfort foods - rich pasta sauce, breads, flavors of garlic and herbs. If you haven?t been blessed with your own family recipes to use, we suggest you look a little closer to home! Our chefs can guide you in learning how to make delicious Italian-influenced recipes that will be a perfect go-to for a big family dinner.

Sip and Soil Summer Planter Class - Thursday, June 14, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #23578, Fee $55

Sip and Soil is back by popular demand. Join Yearn to Urn and Buzz Tour Co. for an evening of wine, planting and fun! During this event Yearn to Urn walks you through designing a 12" -14” summer flowering planter. Learn the fundamentals of creating and shaping your planter as well as design concepts to personalize it too. By the end of the class you will take home a beautiful hand-made summer planter that is as contemporary or traditional as you are. Buzz Tour Co.’s Drink Diva, Christine, will have you exploring wines from the up-and-coming wine region of Norfolk County throughout the class. Come have fun and explore your inner planter!

Wine & Sign: Canadian Rustic - Tuesday, June 19, 7:00-9:30 p.m. Register Activity #23582, Fee $55

Join Nailed It Nite at the Kitchener Market for another fun, interactive and oh so Canadian DIY workshop on June 19th from 7:00-9:30 p.m. During this workshop registrants will have the choice of 3 pre-cut Canadian-inspired stencils and will be taught the tips and tricks on how to build, design and create their own 14x24” wooden Canadiana sign, just in time to celebrate our country! 

Stencil choices will include:
-Canada Map 
-CANADA true north strong free
-Canadian flag
