It doesn't matter if you know your way around the kitchen, can't tell a saucepan from a frying pan, or just want a fun night out - we have a class for you!

Each class is taught by one of our professional, local chefs in our cooking space - the Marketplace. Classes are small, with only 20 students or less, and feature  demostration style along with tips and tricks from the professional chef. After the class, the students  sit down to enjoy the evening's creations.

*Please let us know if you have any allergies, classes are not recommended for a vegetarian diet unless otherwise stated. This is not a nut-free environment.*

Vietnamese Cuisine - Jan. 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Activity #16883 *FULL*

Vietnamese dishes are widely acknowledged as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world: full of fresh ingredients and limited use of dairy and oil. Join Chef Thompson Tran for a hands-on class creating a delicious Vietnamese meal that will satisfy your taste buds without breaking your new year's resolutions.

Menu includes: Appetizer, soup, vegetable & meat dish along with Jasmin rice.

Ladies Night Out: Paint Pouring/ Fluid Art - Jan. 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #16884, Fee $55 *FULL*

Get your girls together for wine and painting! No experience needed, no brushes used. Create two beautiful marbled paintings in size 8X10 and 12X16 with the help of host Cindy Pearce of Conscious Creations Arts.

*Note: paintings require drying time, pickup will be scheduled for the following evening or a time that accommodates you.*

Winter Warmer: Soups & Stews - Jan. 24, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Activity #16885 *FULL*

Warm up to a bowl of homemade soup or stew using one of the fabulous recipes you'll learn in this class. Soups and stews can be made ahead of time and frozen for future meals; they are also a great way to incorporate fresh veggies into your diet!

Vegetarian Thai - Jan. 31, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Activity #16886 *FULL*

Thai dishes are created using many different elements in a harmonious way to create a full dish. Many of the ingredients used in Thai cooking complement a vegetarian diet, so this is the perfect combination of lifestyle and cuisine! Although it sounds complex, the ingredients are simple and healthy. Come in and learn about all of the different components of Thai cuisine, and leave with recipes for some of your favorite vegetarian meals from Thailand.

Back to Basics: One Pot Meals - Feb. 7, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #16887

Get back to basics! One pot cooking is the easiest way to prepare healthy meals with minimal cleaning/prepping time. Reduce food waste and wasted energy with a score of great one pot meals to choose from.

Couple's Night Out: Rescued Relics Signmaking - Feb. 13, 7-10 p.m. Register Activity #20017, Fees $55**

Rescued Relics collect and "rescue" beautiful rustic pieces of wood from various locations and help you turn them into art. This Valentine's Day take your better half to the market and you will walk away with a one-of-a-kind handmade creation. Simply Fine Wines will be onsite to provide a wine tasting. Ladies Night Out: Flower Mobiles and Wine - Feb. 15, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #18525, Fee $55**

We all love those trendy DIYs on Pinterest, but it's more fun to get crafty with your friends. In this Flower Mobile Making class our DIY expert Sarah will lead the group in creating beautiful and unique mobiles out of silk flowers. So gather up your girlfriends and get over here for a fun night out! All supplies (and wine) are provided, just bring yourselves.

Indian food can be spicy, sweet, sour, buttery and salty - but most of all it can be addictive! For authentic Indian recipes and hands-on teaching from a professional chef, look no further. Our Indian Cuisine class will show you just how easy it can be to make classic Indian dishes to wow your family and dinner guests alike.

Under the Sea Cuisine ft. Caudle's Catch -Feb. 28, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #16890

Fish is a super food! Full of Omega 3 and lacking in saturated fats, adding fish and other seafood to your diet at least once a week has been proven to have significant health benefits. Our chefs can show you super recipes that make adding seafood to your diet delicious and easy.

Vietnamese Soups: Pho and Bun Bo Hue - Mar. 7, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #18769

Pho (and the lesser known but equally delicious Bun Bo Hue) are both the umami meal of your dreams. Chef Thompson Tran will lead the class in creating these soups from scratch, focusing on the components of a traditional broth as well as the noodles.

Soups & Stews: Chowder Champion - Mar. 28, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register Activity #18770

Join Chef Thompson Tran as he leads the group in creating 3 variations of his award-winning chowder! You will learn 3 different bases, 3 ways to thicken a chowder and some delicious sides; all of which will make you a true "chowder champion".
