It doesn't matter if you know your way around the kitchen, can't tell a saucepan from a frying pan, or just want a fun night out - we have a class for you!

Each class is taught by one of our professional, local chefs in our cooking space - the Marketplace. Classes are small, with only 20 students or less, and feature either hands-on instruction  or demostration style (please see below) with tips and tricks from the professional kitchen. After the class, the students  sit down to enjoy the evening's creations.

*Please let us know if you have any allergies, classes are not reccomended for a vegetarian diet unless otherwise stated. This is not a nut-free environment.*

Cost: $49*, includes a recipe and food prepared during class.

Please Note: All cooking classes may be two or two and a half hours depending on circumstances.  Extended length may be due to food preparation time.

Seafood Made Easy with the Codfather and the Seafood Kid, Ron and Matt Caudle from Caudles Catch Seafood will show you how easy it is to cook seafood. Our Indian Cuisine class will show you just how easy it can be to make classic Indian dishes to wow your family and dinner guests alike. 

Rising Stars Dinner Series: Locally Inspired - Apr. 19, 5:30-8:00 p.m. $35.00 + HST

Join us for an event presented by aspiring chefs, restaurant managers, and entrepreneurs studying in Conestoga College's Business & Hospitality programs. Canapé evenings includes a variety of international and Garde Manger Hors D'oeuvres, deserts and live music. Register

Spring is the perfect time to get the most out of your fresh fruits and veggies through canning! Come learn about the process of sustaining your spring goodies well into this upcoming winter.
