Rental packages

The Marketplace offers customized and pre-planned rental packages and team building programs to suit every price range and every group. All of our packages include:

  • Use of full-sized commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances
  • Delicious onsite catering by our market vendors
  • Creative atmosphere
  • After-hours rental times

Pricing: 

Package 1: Use of Marketplace space only, including tables and chairs. $47/hour.

Package 2: Use of space and kitchen facilities/equipment. $62/hour. (After hours)

Package 3: Use of space, kitchen facilities, as well as linen and china. $88/hour. (and Sundays)

Days and times:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Saturdays: 7 a.m.-2 p.m.

Staffing charges:

  • Staffing charges may apply before or after market hours (see above)

Set-up and take down:

  • 1 hour of free set-up (staffing charges apply outside of regular hours) per 3-hour rental.
  • ½ hour of free take down (staffing charges apply outside of regular hours) per 3-hour rental.
