Cauliflower Pizza Crust

(Serves 4, takes 30 minutes)



  • 1 head cauliflower, stalk removed 
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomoato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten 


  • Handful of fresh basil
  • 2 tomoatoes, slcied tomoatoes
  • 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
  • Ground pepper, to taste  


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a good processor or blender until fine.
  • Steam in a steamer basket and drain well. Let it cool. 
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower with the mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic powder and eggs.
  • Transfer to the center of the baking sheet. Spread it into a circle. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Add tomoato sauce and additional toppics. Bake for 10 more minutes.
