You can rent rooms at the Kitchener Market for meetings or events. Room rates are per hour. Capacities include chairs only. If tables are required, the capacity will be less.

How to Book Your Event
Please complete the inquiry form to tell us more about your event.
Staff will review the form in 3-5 business days, and provide you with a more detailed quote. We require a 25% deposit to secure the space, and full payment 4 weeks prior to the event.

We require a minimum rental time of 3 hours, including set up and tear down. Most events, we suggest 30-minutes to 1-hour of set up and tear down time, in addition to the event.
Our staff will set up any agreed upon equipment before your arrival. Please note that any decorations used during the event must be easily taken down by the end of the rental.
Additional staffing charges may apply outside of regular hours.
We require final estimated attendance numbers at least one week prior to your event.
Additional staffing charges may apply for large events (over 100 people).
Parking is available for event hosts and attendees. When you book your event, our event coordinator will review parking options with you.
